Drawings and bid documents are confidential. This statement explains what Pipe Takeoff Pro, a service of Western Axis LLC, does with the information you send through this site.
Your files are never used to train AI
Drawings, bid packages and notes you upload are not used to train any AI model. The AI service that processes them operates under commercial terms that don't allow customer data to be used for training.
Information collected
- The contact details you enter on the order form: name, company and email.
- The files you upload, such as ISO drawings, skid sheets and bid packages.
- Any notes you add to your order.
How your information is used
Only to quote and deliver the service you ordered, and to contact you about that order. Your information is never sold, rented or added to marketing lists.
How your files are handled
Files are sent over an encrypted connection and processed by a commercial AI service provider under confidentiality terms, only to produce your deliverable. They are never published, posted or shared with anyone else.
Confidentiality
Every upload is treated as confidential, and access is limited to what's needed to complete your order.
How long files are kept
Uploaded files and deliverables are deleted [30] days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.

To get a copy of your information or have it deleted, email sales@pipetakeoff.pro.
